Partnerships

1. Public Service Of New Hampshire
PSNH's philosophy of corporate giving is defined in three categories: Economic Opportunity, Environmental Stewardship, and Social Responsibility. For 12 years, PSNH has helped students learn economics and workforce skills by supporting Junior Achievement. PSNH employees regularly volunteer in classrooms and take lead roles on the New Hampshire Advisory Board and Council. The institution partners with MaxImpact’s Donation Networks in providing technology equipment to community including schools and non-profits across the region.


2. The City of Manchester Elderly Services Department
The City of Manchester Elderly Services Department focuses on providing programs and services which enrich the lives of the Manchester Senior Population. For the past few years MaxImpact Institute has been a part of the Cashin Senior Center teaching technology to senior citizens.

3. The Adult Learning Center, Nashua
MaxImpact Institute partners with the ALC in providing career enhancement training to parents and the general public. ALC provide academic programs, skills training, and support services designed to enable adults and young adults to achieve more productive lives for themselves and their children. ALC programs reflect solutions to the needs of individuals who want to better train themselves; MaxImpact Institute has been in partnership with ALC for the past 1.5 years contributing the technological tools that make for a successful future.

4. Microsoft Corporation
A community initiative, sponsored by the Microsoft Community Technology Center program is making investments designed to help broaden digital inclusion and aid global workforce development by providing technology skills through community technology centers. In 2006, MaxImpact Institute was awarded the Microsoft UP Grant in the amount of $36,000.00 in cash, software and services. Since the award the numbers of people served by MaxImpact has increased by 40 percent. The technological perspective has grown to include the latest in high-end Microsoft Programs.

5. Dell Corporation
Dell donates printers to hundreds of electronic equipment to MaxImpact Institute for distribution to non-profit organizations and Title 1 schools. Through this program Dell assists nonprofits and Title 1 Schools with programs in the areas of education (improving K-12 and adult literacy), job training, increasing access to education and technology and opportunities for young people, the physically disabled and financially disadvantaged and other vital community services.

6. Unitil Corporation
Unitil has been a regular donor of information systems to MaxImpact Institute in an effort to contribute to MaxImpact Computers In Every Home Program. The benefit of the recycling and redistribution of these donated systems to low income families, students and disabled persons all over the State has helped extensively in the maintenance and development of the program.

7. New Hampshire Charitable Foundation
The mission of the NH Charitable Foundation is to engage area citizens in addressing the needs of their communities. The Manchester Region accomplishes this mission by creating a permanent endowment for charitable purposes, encouraging charitable giving and volunteerism, and stimulating dialogue regarding regional needs and their fulfillment. MaxImpact Institute has been a worthy and grateful recipient of this support.

8. The Jean B. Cook 1992 Charitable Trust
The Jean B. Cook Charitable Trust awards grants in the fields of arts and humanities, education, environment, health, human services, and public/society benefit. The Trust has advanced financial support to the institute to help promote recycle and reuse of electronic equipment in New Hampshire.

9. Elliot Hospital
The Elliot Hospital in Manchester has been a regular donor of information systems to MaxImpact Institute over the past 3 years. Their continuous contribution of electronics has helped benefit the recycling, refurbishment and redistribution program of Donation Networks and its members.

10. Verizon Foundation
Verizon Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Verizon, is one of the largest corporate foundations that has supported MaxImpact’s technology initiatives over the years.
